Event on now! 28/29 October – InsuResilience Annual Forum 2021

We are delighted to invite you to the InsuResilience Annual Forum 2021 taking place virtually on the 28- 29th October 2021.

You can access the event through this link!

Four years after its launch, the InsuResilience Global Partnership has created a solid foundation with over 106 members, and 22 programs active in 101 countries, strengthening and supporting its commitment to deliver on the Vision 2025.

As a result, this year we want to take the opportunity to reflect and focus on our achievements and shed light on our way to deliver Vision 2025. We are opening the floor for insightful debates on what is still needed to scale up action and how to link Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance with wider resilience efforts to enhance impact. We also want to encourage reflection on whether our efforts to date are bearing fruits regarding resilience building for poor and vulnerable people.

Representatives from our global partnership, international organisations, NGOs and development aid agencies, as well as academics, policy makers and insurance leaders from all over the world will attend to exchange views on current trends, risks and key factors to move from political ambition to successful implementation.

The Forum will take place virtually over two days, and feature 21 interactive and engaging sessions exploring key challenges and innovations from the Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance field. In addition, we have planned three regional sessions to accomodate our partners from across the globe. High-level key-note speeches and Leaders Dialogues on Day 1 will set the stage for more technical deep-dive sessions on Day 2 on the implementation of Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance to drive forward innovative, affordable, accessible, and effective solutions.

We aim to bring together our community, facilitate stronger ties, and create synergies within our network.

We look forward to engaging with you at our Annual Forum.
