Protecting development in a changing climate risk environment

Every year it is a highlight for the InsuResilience Global Partnership to bring together actors in the Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance (CDRFI) community to exchange experience and knowledge and raise awareness about risk finance and insurance. This year so far has been marked with unprecedented shocks that have made our annual in-person meeting not possible.

Nevertheless, we still aim to create a space for interaction and exchange of ideas on the concerns that threaten the lives and livelihoods of poor and people vulnerable to climate shocks. We are delighted to host a climate-friendly virtual meeting and provide an opportunity for people who would not have been able to join us due to various restrictions.
